BAUHAUS is a robust voltage-controlled waveform generator, which produces frequencies ranging from .01 Hz to 20 kHz.  The oscillator has excellent stability—designed to provide highly accurate waveform animation and pitch tracking.

The module’s sawtooth core generates the following waveform types:

• Square

• Leading Pulse

• Trailing Pulse

• Triangle

• Saw

• Ramp

• Sine

• Skewed Sinusoidal

The Waveshaper section is comprised of the control parameters, Pulse / Square and Sawtooth / Triangle / Sine. These controls can be modulated utilizing the corresponding CV inputs.

BAUHAUS provides over 8 octaves of accurate 1 volt per octave tracking, along with a three-way switching network to select the respective tuning registers.

The variable F.M. tracking level can be modified using the exponential frequency modulation potentiometer, which serves dual functions as both an attenuator and as an inverter.

EM-105’s master oscillation frequency is controlled via the precision multi-turn satin-chrome Vernier dial. This component incorporates a manual locking mechanism—to secure the frequency set reading.

The VCO’s waveforms can be re-initiated and further waveshaped using the respective Proximity Reset and Hard Cycle Reset inputs. The range of modification sweep from subtle synchronicity to maximal wave manipulations.
